PracticeAdmin™ (PA) started operations in 1999 as a division of Medical Doctor Associates, one of the largest locum tenens companies in the United States. PA has since grown up to become one of the nations fastest growing on demand practice management software systems. Both companies are now separate but still privately held and based in the Atlanta suburb of Norcross Georgia.
While software development began in 1999, the first version of PA was released in January 2001. Initial development of the software involved a joint venture between Medical Resource Management and Physician Advocates. These two companies brought expertise and input from over 500 physicians who enabled Dr. Taute to realize his dream of creating a high quality, cost effective solution using the latest in Windows technology.
Since that time, there has been at least one major upgrade per year in our never ending quest to make one of the best practice management systems even better.
