The PA medical scheduling system is "on demand software", and designed to be user friendly yet provide the front office staff with a powerful “rules based” design. This means the scheduler can be configured with different rules and preferences for each provider in the practice. This extends to appointment timeslots, appointment types, the length for each appointment, and the rules for the number of each appointment type allowed. The scheduler also has a “Red flag” feature alerting front office staff to important patient status information.
PA's Patient Scheduler prints out your customized encounter forms in bulk for the day, or on the fly for single appointments. Reports allow you to track and analyze your practice workflow, as well as pinpoint the amount of time scheduled for each provider for different appointment types.

| Working appointments |
- To schedule an appointment, simply click on the desired time slot
- To modify an appointment, simply click a time slot which opens the appointment form
