In 1999, Fred Taute, MD, MBA, set out to create PracticeAdmin™ - a cost effective yet powerful on demand (web-based) practice management system (PMS) for the medical community. The PMS landscape was and still is dominated by Legacy based solutions which are not as compatible with the market leading Windows based products. Development on PracticeAdmin™ (PA) software began as a collaborative effort between Dr. Taute, Medical Resource Management and Physician Advocates.
