PracticeAdmin practice management software features fully integrated and automated patient statement management for 53c per statement which includes first class postage and a return envelope. Patient accounts can also be automatically rolled over into Pre-Collections status and start receiving pre-collections letters instead of statements, at no extra cost

Ageing of balances is communicated to your customer via fully customizable dunning messages for each of 0-30, 30-60, 60-90 & over 90 days.

PA statement data is generated automatically early each weekday while we sleep. This is then encrypted and transmitted to our bulk mail processor in the morning, who in turn print and mail each statement with a return envelope via first class mail, all within 24 hours of our file transmission to them. This effectively means that you have a statement in the mail to your patient within one day of entering the claim in PA. An image of a sample statement is included here, click it to enlarge.

Each of our client practices has the option to have statements transmitted daily (Monday thru Friday) or to choose the day(s) of the week that they prefer. The vast majority of our clients choose the daily option. PA also provides the option to communicate your practice’s acceptance of any of the 4 major credit cards on your statements.
