The objective of PracticeAdmin (PA) is to provide medical billing software that improves revenue cycle management by integrating information and automating workflow. In order to achieve this, we provide our clients with the additional “back-end” services which are not typically included in standard practice management software packages, or if they are, they cost you more.

By using PA’s powerful clean claim edit and monitoring process, mistakes that are made on the front-end are quickly identified and sorted for easy resolution. Our patent-pending claim status inquiry engine is so effective that you can ignore claims until such time as PA alerts you to a problem.

Business process automation
PA receives electronic remittance advices from a growing list of insurance payers in the ANSI 835 format, which are processed each evening. We automate your patient statement mailing, and perform all code-set maintenance for you. One of the code-sets we maintain is a full UPIN lookup directory (NPI lookup directory coming soon), which we provide here as a courtesy service to the medical community.
