Why do we use PracticeAdmin?

Our software company, PracticeAdmin makes our lives easier; the web-based software is easy to use but offers a wide range of user options, making sending claims and receiving electronic RA’s. The software has easy and fast methods of identifying when a payment is incorrect; it makes those payments a different color and will not let you pass it up without an action. You can go into a claim and if you need to post a payment or make an adjustment there is not need to go in and out of different screens it can all be done right there at the same time.

The report capability of the software is superior to all the software that I have previously had experience with (that’s a lot). If there is a report that is not already on the menu you can call the friendly staff and request special reports just for your practice.

The feature that I like the most is the today screen, you can see at a glance every morning and see which claims were sent, which claims need to be reworked or refilled. Even if you use an invalid ICD-9 code which really helps to ensure payment as much as possible.
