Why do we use PA?

Previously, Apex Practice Solutions, Inc. offered our clients a server-based medical software system for billing. After careful due diligence searching for web-based systems, we chose PracticeAdmin (PA) in 2008. In PA, we have found a partner who is willing to offer a complete medical billing software program that will interface with a variety of EMR products. PracticeAdmin welcomes ideas and/or opportunities to improve on the abilities of their software based on the recommendations from our staff and our clients. PA has an excellent customer service department that responds quickly to resolve our issues. Access to this software could not be easier and it is HIPAA compliant in all areas to protect our clients PHI for their patients.
