There are several ways to reach us for support or questions related to use of PA practice management software. We are easy to reach via phone, instant message or email. Our instant messaging solution is a favorite for hundreds of our users, and is accessible to all users on login from the first page of our web portal. Our offices are normally open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. EST Monday to Friday, although you will often find us here before and after those hours. For non urgent issues, please email to the appropriate address below, and we will usually respond within 2 hours or less.
